Singing Nest event in London was superb! Fantastic value for money, the evening of singing 60s pop songs with the incredible Lizzie Deane was full of laughs, joy and camaraderie. I’ll be attending as many future events as I can. We were well-looked after by Alex in a gorgeous venue.

Another fun-filled evening with the lovely Lizzie Deane, this time singing some Amy Winehouse and Nina Simone. Lizzie is a great leader, full of energy and warmth as well as unassuming skill in her arrangements and teaching. An informal, enjoyable and relaxing way to end the week.
Lizzie Deane’s Amy Winehouse/Nina Simone workshop was the latest of her inspirational sessions. She got us totally embracing the jazz vibe and it was such a tonic after an emotional week. I unconditionally recommend these workshops if you are in London.

What can I say about Lizzie Deane. I know a few Very Experienced Choral conductors who could learn from her - she is a master class in how to get non musicians (and probably a few experienced musos) to sing the right notes in the right rhythm. Her sessions are always fun, and always leave you with an earworm that will sometimes make an unscheduled audible appearance on the 21:50 back to Reading.
The Singing Holidays team are equally awesome, albeit prone to throwing their cider at you…

What a great evening. Hope I can go to many more. The choice of songs was excellent but the teacher - WOWEE. The aren’t enough words to describe how brilliant Lizzie Deane is. The organisation behind the scenes was exceptional too. Thank you Alex & Témi for making it all happen & for your patience. When is the next workshop?

A friend and I recently attended the Nina and Amy singing workshop organised by Singing Nest. Lizzie Deane taught us the harmony parts with her brilliant enthusiasm and effervescence and we were surprised how quickly the songs started to sound good! We left after 3hrs on a high - it was such fun! Thank you.
I would highly recommend these workshops to anyone who just loves to sing with others!

As usual, this great venue is a fab place to hold these workshops. I've come back again, this time channelling my teenage years, bopping and singing away with the heart throbs that are A-HA🎵💕 and also Police. Great choice of songs- how could we NOT do 'Take On Me'🎵💕😁. I thoroughly enjoyed it as always, and its a great way to spend a few hours with friends, doing something we all enjoy. LOVE these workshops 🎶💕🎶xx

These sessions are always incredible fun...whatever level of experience you have with singing and choirs. Lizzie has a unique talent for teaching in ways that connect you to the song, music and lyrics, as if you've known it your whole life. The results are quick and I always come away with a smile on my face and a song or two in my heart.
Are you ever stressed by the end of your working week? Then I have just the antidote: a Lizzie Workshop with Singing Holidays. The evening starts with a Lizzie legendary warm up and you can feel any tension slipping away as you try and fail to keep a straight face. You will have so much fun, learning her amazing arrangements of songs from different genres and the blast you get hearing the voices altogether and realising you are part of this wonderful sound, well that's just priceless.

This was my first workshop with Singing Nest and I really enjoyed it. We covered "She Used To Be Mine". Lizzie's arrangement was beautiful and she had a really engaging teaching style. The venue worked well and the group was friendly so don't be afraid to go along if you don't know anyone else - it was fine! We sounded lovely, the only thing I would suggest is a faster follow up with a video so that the happy vibes continue post the workshop.

Singing holidays are simply great at what they do.
Alex and Temi ensure everything is in place and you’re looking after from the moment you arrive until it’s time to go.
The teachers are equally as good and show real enthusiasm.
I recently attended an evening singing workshop with Lizzie Deane. It was a nice few hours with just the right amount of madness thrown in to learn ‘She Used to be Mine’ and finally nailing it all.
I look forward to the next one!

On Friday September 5th there was another opportunity to experience one of Lizzie Deane’ outstanding Singing Workshops; this time the genre was the 60’s and we had the pleasure of learning a stunning Beatles Medley! Starting off with I Wanna Hold Your Hand moving into Yesterday and seamlessly finishing off with hey Jude! As ever, Lizzie had used her expertise to arrange a piece with stunning harmonies that ebbed and flowed, each song leaving you wanting more!
The three hours whizzed by, Lizzie’s infectious style of teaching couldn’t not fail to mould the most reluctant learner; we laughed and yet we were focused on achieving our common goal! An absolutely brilliant evening, looking forward to the next one!

Who doesn't love to sing?! Lizzie Dean is one of the best you'll hear so when she does a workshop, it's a calender must go! She's not just a great singer and musician, she's also great fun, full of energy, so entertaining and engaging. I cannot recommend a Lizzie Dean workshop more, and the result?....not only a belly of laughs and good night out, but a beautiful musical arrangement of which you are part.

The ideal Friday evening tonic after a hard week - a musical workshop with the amazingly talented Lizzie Deane. Three hours of uplifting, inspiring and inclusive coaching for any level of singer, learning a song or sometimes two in 3 hours, with incredible harmonies arranged by Lizzie herself. Roll on the next one!
